Christopher Wensley
Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Wensley brings over 40 years of business and negotiating experience to the Company. For the past 24 years, he has provided services to public companies. His managerial experience includes raising capital, investor relations, marketing and communication, property acquisition, exploration, and development. Mr. Wensley was CEO, President, and Chairman of the Board of Petro Horizon Energy Corp., a public oil and gas exploration company.

Dimitrios Liakopoulos
Chairman of the Board and Director

Dimitrios has been a business consultant for over 6 years, specializing in private and public equity financing. Over the years, Mr. Liakopoulos has specialized specifically in financing early stage companies. Over the past 6 years, Mr. Liakopoulos has successfully help finance a number of start-up and early stage companies. Prior to this, Dimitrios Liakopoulos was an Investment advisor for 8 years As a Financial Advisor, Mr. Liakopoulos was responsible for managing clients investments and explaining and coordinating the difficult financial decisions and complex estate planning issues that come with having substantial assets. Mr. Liakopoulos holds a Bcom in Finance.

Heidi Gutte
Chief Financial Officer

Heidi’s recent career experience as a consultant consists of CFO and controller positions, concurrently, for several publicly traded junior mining and startup mineral exploration companies, as well as other industries. She specializes in financial reporting, taxation optimization, and corporate compliance for the mineral exploration and mining sector. She excels in IFRS financial reporting, audit preparations and response, as well as corporate compliance.

Heidi holds the professional designation of Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CGA), is a member of Chartered Professional Accountants of B.C. and Canada, and was awarded a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Applied Sciences in Brandenburg, Germany.

Justin Lowe
VP Exploration

Justin is an exploration geologist with a strong background in gold and silver exploration. He received his first job as a geologist, working as a student with the USGS. He began his career as an exploration geologist, working on a Long Canyon generative sampling program for NV Gold. Since then, Mr. Lowe has worked with Viscount Mining Inc. on the Kate silver deposit in Silver Cliff, CO; the Pershing Gold Corporation and Americas Gold and Silver Corporation on the Blackjack, Redbird, and Coal Canyon prospects as well as the Relief Canyon mine out of Lovelock, NV; and Coeur Exploration Inc. on epithermal prospects in Fluorspar Canyon and their Sterling mine out of Beatty, NV.

Andreas Becker
Director

Andreas has been involved in the mining sector for the last 15 years, both as an investor and consultant to junior mining companies. He brings a strong financial background and financing capabilities through his network, which he built over the last 10 years as managing partner of German Mining Networks. Prior to entering the mining sector, he worked as an analyst at Morgan Stanley. Andreas holds a B.Sc. in International Business Administration from Frankfurt School of Finance & Management.

Jim MacKenzie
Director

Jim serves as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Viscount Mining Corp. and has been its Director since July 23, 2013. He is an expert in the development, structure, operation and financing of private/public companies with a successful track record of raising equity.

Wei-Tek Tsai
Director

Dr. Tsai holds a B.S. in Computer Science and Engineering, M.S. and Ph.D. in Computer Science, and has over 25 years of experience with public markets. Dr. Wei-Tek Tsai received his B.S. in Computer Science and Engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) at Cambridge, MA in 1979, M.S. and Ph.D. in Computer Science from University of California at Berkeley in 1982. Dr. Wei-Tek Tsai has been a Director at St Georges Eco Mining Corp. since February, 2014.

Scott Reeves
Advisory Board

Scott is a partner at Tingle Merritt LLP with a practice focused on securities, corporate finance and commercial transactions for emerging and growth companies, joint ventures and partnerships. He has advised numerous private and public corporations (including registered dealers) in a wide range of business matters including access to capital markets, corporate governance and operational issues both nationally and internationally.

Alan Morris, Qualified Person
Advisory Board

Mr. Morris has over 40 years of experience in exploration for precious and base metals, lithium, and uranium in a variety of geologic environments in the western US and Alaska. He has worked for several major and junior companies performing generative and near-mine exploration prior to consulting full-time. This experience includes 13 years with Barrick Gold Exploration, along with staff positions at Agnico-Eagle, Kinross, and Placer-Dome. His junior company experience includes Fisher-Watt, Coral Gold, InZinc Mining, McEwen Mining, and Discovery Harbour Resources. Currently, Mr. Morris works as an independent consultant and project manager in Nevada and surrounding states. He holds a B.S. in Geology from Fort Lewis College, Durango, Colorado, and a M.S. in Geographic Information Science from Simon Fraser University / Manchester Metropolitan University.

Alan is a Certified Professional Geologist, American Institute of Professional Geologists (10550) and Fellow, Society of Econonmic Geologists. He is a Qualified Person (QP) as defined by NI  43-101.

Juan Ruiz
Consulting Geologist

Mr. Ruiz is a consulting geologist with 17 years of experience working in Nevada on a variety of projects. He obtained a M.Sc degree in geology from the University of Nevada-Reno, where he studied the geology of the Chukar Footwall underground mine. Mr. Ruiz experience includes geologic mapping, drill targeting, core and chip logging, and drilling supervision. He has conducted mineral exploration briefly in Peru, and extensively in Nevada, including working as an underground geologist at Jerritt Canyon with Queenstake; as a project geologist for Victoria Gold and Comstock Mining; and as a consulting geologist for Battle Mountain Gold’s Lewis project in the Battle Mountain Mining District and for Coeur Mining on the Fluorspar Canyon project in Beatty, NV.
